We collect data when you interact with our site, specifically through our "Submit CV" and "Hire Talent" forms. The information we collect includes:

• Full name and contact details (email address, phone number).
• Professional history, sales methodology experience, and language skills.
• Files you upload, such as your CV or resume.  

• Specific hiring needs and company details if you are a prospective client.

Sharing Personal Information

We understand the high sensitivity of your professional data. Structured Talent strictly manages your information to facilitate the recruitment process.

• Clients: We share candidate profiles and CVs with our primary clients, which include SaaS and technology companies expanding into DACH and EMEA markets.  

• Consent: We will never send your CV or identifying details to a prospective employer without your explicit prior consent.
• Service Providers: We use trusted third-party tools, such as our CRM, email automation software, and Google Workspace, to securely process and store your data.  

GDPR and Your Data Rights

Structured Talent operates as a Sole Trader based in Dublin, Ireland. We are fully committed to GDPR-compliant data storage. Under the General Data Protection Regulation, you have the right to:  

• Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Request corrections to any inaccurate or outdated information.
• Request the complete deletion of your personal data and CV from our records.
